Pritchitts, one of Europe's leading manufacturers of long life dairy and dairy related products generated interest on its stand when it successfully re-launched its Millac Cappuccino Milk at Caffè Culture in London. The operators that tried it said that Cappuccino Milk would be ideal for their customers that regularly asked for ‘Skinny' Lattes and Cappuccinos because it would enable them to serve coffees with great foam, without compromising the quality of their drinks; at just 1% fat, the reformulated Millac Cappuccino Milk now has a fat content lower than Semi-Skimmed milk, which is 1.7%.
The change in formulation has also increased the versatility of the milk so it can now be used in all hot beverages, including tea and hot chocolate, however the milk's advanced foam-making capabilities still makes it the number one milk for creating the perfect Latte and Cappuccino.
