There are many environmental benefits of long life milk. The production of long life milk relies on the use of heat to preserve the basic product while losing none of the natural nutrition, plus it kills the bacteria that can lead to poisoning. The Tetra Pak safeguards the product as it protects it from oxygen, light and odour - all elements which can cause the product to deteriorate and decompose.

The other obvious environmental benefits to using Viva long life milks include reducing the need for refrigeration, which in turn leaves caterers, retailers and consumers with valuable refrigeration space for other perishables.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, chill below 5ºC and use within 3 days
