A delicious contrast of sweet and zesty flavours

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- Juice and zest of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 200g/ml Creative Base
Method
- Place the avocado, lime juice and zest and sour cream into a food processor and puree.
- Whip the Creative Base on medium speed until it breaks down to a cream consistency
- Fold the avocado mix through the Creative Base until all ingredients are combined
- Pour the mixture into small moulds and place in the fridge to set, for approximately 1 hour
- To serve, turn out one panna cotta per person, and garnish with a few drizzles of olive oil
