Chocolate Mousse
A velvety smooth chocolate mousse with a texture to melt in your mouth!
Serves 2-3
Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients
- 200g Creative Base
- 50g caster sugar
- 60g warm water
- 40g cocoa powder
- Chocolate shavings or fresh berries
Method
- Whip the Creative Base at a medium speed for approx 3 minutes until it breaks down to a whipped cream consistency.
- Dissolve the cocoa powder in warm water and add to the Creative Base with caster sugar. Whip for 1 minute.
- Spoon the chocolate mousse into silicon moulds or dessert glasses and let it set in the fridge or freezer for 1-2 hours.
- To serve, garnish mousse with chocolate shavings or fresh berries.
