Chocolate Mousse

 

A velvety smooth chocolate mousse with a texture to melt in your mouth!

 

Serves 2-3

Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 200g Creative Base
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 60g warm water
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • Chocolate shavings or fresh berries

 

Method

  • Whip the Creative Base at a medium speed for approx 3 minutes until it breaks down to a whipped cream consistency.
  • Dissolve the cocoa powder in warm water and add to the Creative Base with caster sugar. Whip for 1 minute.
  • Spoon the chocolate mousse into silicon moulds or dessert glasses and let it set in the fridge or freezer for 1-2 hours.
  • To serve, garnish mousse with chocolate shavings or fresh berries.
