Oven Baked Cod with Leek Cream

 

Simple and delicious, this meal is also fresh and light and can be made with any type of fish fillet 

 

Serves 3-4 portions

 

Ingredients

  • 500ml Millac Gold
  • 400g fresh Leak
  • 50g butter
  • 500g cod (3-4 fillets)
  • 1.5g dill
  • Salt, to taste (optional)

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method

  • Season cod fillets with salt and pepper and place on baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C
  • At the same time, drizzle olive in pan then add butter and melt.
  • Add sliced fresh leek and Millac Gold. Stir well and cook.
  • Continue reducing for 20 minutes.
  • Spoon leek cream sauce over the cod fillets.
  • Serve with hot butter and decorate with dill.
