Orange and Mango Smoothie

 

A perfect way to use over-ripe mangoes. It's best to freeze enough mango pulp for several drinks!


Freezing Time: 3 hours.
Prep Time: 10 minutes.

Serves 2

 

Ingredients

  • 1 small mango
  • 1/3 cup frozen yoghurt
  • 250ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey

 

Method

  • To serve, combine the frozen mango in a blender with the yoghurt, orange juice, cinnamon and honey, blend until smooth.
