Ingredients
- 200g Creative Base
- 100g whole milk
- 30g caster sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- Sweet Italian biscuits, 40g per glass
- Strawberry coulis, 40g per glass
Method
- Gently heat the Creative Base with the caster sugar, whole milk and vanilla essence in a pan or microwave.
- When the caster sugar is dissolved, remove the pan from the heat
- Break the sweet Italian biscuits into large pieces and place in the serving glasses. Pour the warm pannacotta over the biscuits and set in the fridge for 2 hours
- To serve, spoon the strawberry coulis over the Panna Cotta mixture
