Panna Cotta with strawberry coulis

 

A rich and creamy dessert with an aromatic vanilla twist

Ingredients

  • 200g Creative Base
  • 100g whole milk
  • 30g caster sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • Sweet Italian biscuits, 40g per glass
  • Strawberry coulis, 40g per glass

 

Method

  • Gently heat the Creative Base with the caster sugar, whole milk and vanilla essence in a pan or microwave.
  • When the caster sugar is dissolved, remove the pan from the heat
  • Break the sweet Italian biscuits into large pieces and place in the serving glasses. Pour the warm pannacotta over the biscuits and set in the fridge for 2 hours
  • To serve, spoon the strawberry coulis over the Panna Cotta mixture
