Tiramisu Cups

 

Serves: 25 individual cups

  

Ingredients

  • 400g Millac gold
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 2g vanilla essence
  • 20g liquor (marsala)
  • 200g coffee                        
  • 200g pack sponge biscuits (lady finger)

                       

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method 

  • Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together to a firm foam
  • Pipe half the Tiramisu cream into coffee cups, then place a coffee and liquor soaked lady finger each cup, and fill the remainder of the cup with Tiramisu cream
  • Let set in the fridge for 30 minutes
  • Dust the Tiramisu with cocoa prior to serving
