Luxury Hot Chocolate with Vanilla

Makes one cup

 

Ingredients

  • 200 ml Millac Cappuccino Milk (or Low Lactose Millac Cappuccino Milk)
  • 25g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
  • Vanilla extract
  • Roselle Aerosol
  • Mini marshmallows
  • grated chocolate

 

Method 

  • Pour 200ml Millac Cappuccino Milk into a jug and add 25g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids) broken into small pieces.
  • Steam and froth the milk mixture.
  • Stir in drops of vanilla extract to taste and  pour into a cup or mug.
  • Add a swirl of Roselle Aerosol, a few mini marshmallows and a dusting of grated chocolate.

 

 


Add your own touch

Replace the vanilla extract with a shot of Amaretto, Cointreau or brandy. You can heat and froth the Millac Cappuccino Milk in a small pan on the hob, whisking to froth.
