Serves: 25 individual cups
Ingredients
- 400g Millac gold
- 250g mascarpone
- 200g caster sugar
- 2g vanilla essence
- 20g liquor (marsala)
- 200g coffee
- 200g pack sponge biscuits (lady finger)
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together to a firm foam
- Pipe half the Tiramisu cream into coffee cups, then place a coffee and liquor soaked lady finger each cup, and fill the remainder of the cup with Tiramisu cream
- Let set in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Dust the Tiramisu with cocoa prior to serving
