  1. This promotion is open to bona fide caterers (residents of United Kingdom) aged 18 and over, excluding employees or agencies of Pritchitts or Lakeland Dairy Sales Limited and their group companies, their family members, or anyone else connected with this prize draw.
  2. The promotion runs from 00.01am on 6th January 2012 to 23.59pm on 31st December 2012.
  3. All entrants must get permission from their employer to enter.

TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW

  1. Visit www.pritchitts.com/magicnumber, complete all mandatory fields and submit your unique code from any of the specified product packs (see list at www.pritchitts.com/magicnumber) and you will be entered into a prize draw.
  2. Only one entry per person per each unique code (a maximum of 10 unique codes can be entered per submission through the website (i.e. hit submit).
  3. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Entries made online using methods such as a macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
  4. Residents of Northern Ireland Only NO PURCHASE NECESSARY - For the same chance of winning with no purchase, send a postcard your full name, job title, company name, address, telephone number and type of catering outlet to: Magic Number Promotion (NI), Jellybean Creative Solutions, 4 Bridge Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8BZ England. Only one entry per stamped postcard, each postcard will be counted as 1 valid entry. All such entries will be entered into the next available draw and winners will be notified by post within 30 days of the draw date.

  5. THE PRIZES

    Main Prize - overall draw: 1 x 13-inch MacBook Air: 256GB 1.7GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 processor 4GB memory 256GB flash storage Intel HD Graphics 3000 or latest equivalent version to the same value.

    Monthly Prizes: 12 (1 per month) x iPad2 or latest equivalent version to the same value.

    Wholesalers' Rewards: Any wholesaler who is nominated by a monthly or grand prize winner (caterer) will receive an iPod Touch or latest equivalent version to the same value. All specified/nominated wholesalers will be contacted by phone, e-mail or post within 14 days of the draw dates.

  6. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  7. Please allow 28 days for delivery of prize.
  8. The Promoter will do its best to ensure delivery of the prize as stated, but it reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value in the event of non-availability of the stated prize.
  9. Proof of identity and purchase may be requested. Failure to provide proof of identity or purchase may result in disqualification in this prize draw.
  10. Winners will be required to supply a photo for use in trade PR coverage.

WINNER SELECTION

  1. Winners will be selected at random under the supervision of an independent adjudicator within 5 working days of the end of each month and the end of 2012 for the Grand Prize.
  2. Weekly and Monthly Draws will include all those entries received up until 23.59pm on the day before the relevant draw.
  3. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 2 weeks of the prize draw. Those not contactable via reasonable means within 10 working days may be disqualified and an alternate entrant awarded the prize.

GENERAL

  1. Winner's name and county will be available by request from jen@jellybeancreative.co.uk
  2. Data Protection: Your personal details will be kept confidential at all times and in accordance with the data protection act. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.   3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
  4. Winners cannot win consecutive months. If there are no valid entries for a monthly draw no prize will be allocated.
  5. A valid entry is defined as a valid pack code entered by a caterer from the UK or Ireland as per these terms and conditions.
  6. By entering the Prize Draw you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  7. The Promoter's decision in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The Promoter will be entitled to suspend or terminate the promotion at any time if circumstances adversely affect the operation of the promotion beyond its reasonable control or foresight and will not be liable to anyone as a result.
  9. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
  10. This Prize Draw will be governed by laws of England and the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
