Estel is a quality whipped topping that has been created especially for bakery and confectionery applications.  With its high whip volume and stability, Estel is the perfect partner in the bakery.  It is from the same family of creams as Caselle and Supreme Whip.

Storage

For best results, store product at all times below +20ºC.  Once opened, keep product covered between +4ºC and +8ºC and use within 3 days.  Shake well before use.  Whip on medium to high spead for at least 4 minutes until smooth and creamy.
