Millac Cooking is a low fat (15%) cream alternative that has been developed specifically for cooking. In addition, it contains no hydrogenated oils and is low in lactose, ideal for those with a lactose intolerance or who prefer the healthier option.
Millac Cooking is perfect for all culinary requirements such as gratins, casseroles, sauces or soups. As it has been developed specifically for cooking, Millac Cooking does not split, reduces just like dairy cream and works well even with acidic ingredients like tomatoes, lemon and wine.
Millac Cooking is a blend of lactose reduced cream, buttermilk and vegetable oil.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place below +20ºC. Once opened, refrigerate to +4ºC to +8ºC and use within 3 days.
