Pritchitts Cooking is perfect for all culinary requirements such as gratins, casseroles, sauces or soups. As it has been developed specifically for cooking, Pritchitts Cooking does not split, reduces just like dairy cream and works well even with acidic ingredients like tomatoes, lemon and wine.
Pritchitts Cooking is a blend of cream, buttermilk and vegetable oil.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place below +20C. Once opened, refrigerate to +4°C - +8°C and use within 3 days.
