Roselle Supreme is a slightly sweetened cream alternative for all your dessert occasions. Developed over 25 years ago, it was created specifically to make life in the professional kitchen easier. With a blend of skimmed milk and vegetable oil, this product offers a luxurious and premium quality finish for decorating, whipping and pouring.

 

Roselle Supreme whips up to 3 times in volume, that's 50% more than dairy cream. This means you achieve up to 3 litres of whipped cream from every litre of Roselle Supreme. It cannot be over whipped and is very stable when piped. Unlike dairy cream, it does not fall back and has half the fat of dairy cream when whipped. In addition, Roselle Supreme is freeze thaw stable when whipped.

 

Roselle Supreme can be stored at ambient without the hassle and risk of the chill chain. It has a long shelf life which is convenient for stock holding and reduces frequency of replenishment and wastage in comparison to fresh product. Whips from room temperature.

Storage

Store in a cool dry place. Does not need refrigeration prior to whipping.
