Freddy Denis

French trained, Freddy has over 30 years experience in French Patisserie. His passion for food has seen him work across many disciplines from private dining to new product development in the grocery trade. He has in-depth knowledge of frozen, chilled and ambient products and has vast experience working with customers to perfect their product range. He is now Pritchitts Technical Product Manager covering Europe.

Peter Hallmanns

German educated and trained, Peter has over 40 years of experience across the foodservice industry, including air-line catering, large scale hospitality catering and fine dining. He was a craft skills trainer and later director of an in-house training institution, which laid the foundation for his passion for training tomorrow’s professionals. Peter joined Pritchitts Middle East team in 2012.

Otto Jurscha

Austrian trained and educated, Otto has over 40 years experience as a pastry chef, working the last 25 of these in some of the most prestigious hotels in Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong and Thailand. Otto is renowned for his creativity and ability to match flavours and recipe design for all types of customers and budgets. He is currently Pritchitts Executive Pastry Chef in South Asia based in Thailand.

Eric Pan

Eric was formally trained in pastry kitchens of 5 star hotels before venturing into the world of bakery in Taiwan and then China. Over the past 5 years Eric has worked with some of the largest bakery chains in China, assisting them to improve their cake and dessert offerings. More recently Eric has worked with leading coffee and fast food chains to create desserts. Eric brings a world of knowledge to our team in cost and process control for pastry and bakery, along with an ability to deliver highly appealing recipes and training to large bakeries and chain stores in North Asia.
