Simple and delicious, this meal is also fresh and light and can be made with any type of fish fillet
Serves 3-4 portions
Ingredients
- 500ml Millac Gold
- 400g fresh Leak
- 50g butter
- 500g cod (3-4 fillets)
- 1.5g dill
- Salt, to taste (optional)
Method
- Season cod fillets with salt and pepper and place on baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C
- At the same time, drizzle olive in pan then add butter and melt.
- Add sliced fresh leek and Millac Gold. Stir well and cook.
- Continue reducing for 20 minutes.
- Spoon leek cream sauce over the cod fillets.
- Serve with hot butter and decorate with dill.
