Lakeland Dairies will be at Gulfood this month (26th Feb - 3rd March) showcasing its comprehensive Millac range, which has firmly established the foodservice supplier as the trusted market leader.
Visitors to stand S-N11 can learn about some of the most technically-advanced cream solutions for chefs, as well as get an exclusive preview of the latest additions to the range.
During the show the Lakeland Dairies team will be on hand to talk about how its leading Millac range can offer support to overcome the challenges surrounding dairy – from consistency and stability to blending and cooking with other ingredients.
Peter Hallmanns, Senior Advisory Chef for Lakeland Dairies, will be hosting a series of demos to highlight the many benefits of the range, from the recently launched Millac High Stability Dairy Whipping Cream – a 35% fat dairy whipping cream that offers excellent stability and a high whip volume – to the new and improved Millac Gold which has all the benefits of dairy cream but with an enhanced performance. It whips up to three times its volume and when used in cooking it doesn’t split when mixed with acidic ingredients and thickens quickly.
