Pistachio Trifle

  • 800ml Millac Dairy Whipping Cream
  • 150g mixed berries
  • 800ml vanilla custard
  • 500g pistachio sponge
  • 200g chopped pistachios
  • 200g fresh chopped strawberries
  • 10g honey cress or chocolate mint


Whisk the Millac Dairy Whipping Cream to soft peak

Place the mixed berries in the base of the glass

Pour over the custard

Place the pistachio sponge on the custard

Cover with the Millac Real Dairy Whipping Cream

Sprinkle over the pistachios and chopped strawberries

Finish with a little honey cress or mint
