Garlic Mushrooms

Serves: 10


  • 1 litre Millac Gold
  • 500g mushrooms
  • 20g Lakeland Dairies Butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 10 slices toasted bread
  • pinch of parsley to garnish


Quarter the mushrooms.

Fry in butter, then add and fry off the garlic.

Add the Millac Gold and simmer until it reaches the right consistency.

Serve on toasted bread and garnish with chopped parsley.
