Lavender Choux Buns

  • 500ml Lakeland Real Dairy Whipping Cream
  • 10g dried lavender
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 60 small choux buns
  • Icing sugar
  • 10g lavender flower


Whisk the Lakeland Real Dairy Whipping Cream to soft peaks and fold in the dried lavender and caster sugar

Place into a piping bag and fill each choux bun with the lavender cream

Dust the choux buns with a little icing sugar and serve with extra lavender cream

Garnish the plate with the lavender flower
